1. Sweepstakes Timing: The iPad and NitroRCX Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes" begins at 12:00 a.m. PT December, 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59p.m. PT on January 2, 2013 (the "Sweepstakes Period").


2. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open only to residents of the United States and Canada who are the age of majority in their state/province/country of residence as of the date of entry. Employees of NitroRCX, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household member of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations apply.


3. How To Enter the Sweepstakes: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. During the Sweepstakes Period, you may access the Sweepstakes by visiting the iPad and NitroRCX Sweepstakes banner on the NitroRCX.com webpage or visiting the Facebook Page at http://www.facebook.com/NitroRCX. From the NitroRCX.com web page, accept the sweepstake Application, and complete the on-screen registration form to enter the Sweepstakes. All eligible entries must be received by 11:59 PT on January 2nd, 2013 to be entered into the random drawing and any subsequent drawing(s). Grand Prize Entry: Each individual who enters the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period will also receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Limit: Each participant may receive a maximum of one (1) Application entry during the Sweepstakes Period. User of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply.


4. Random Drawing: The Grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing following the date of January 2^nd, 2013 from among all eligible entries by the end the sweepstakes period beginning January 3^rd, 2013 through January 4^th, 2013. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, the starting date begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday and ends at 11:59 p.m. PC on Wednesday the 2^nd of January, 2013. NitroRCX.com, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, will conduct the drawings. Odds of winning a Grand Prize Apple iPad are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by e-mail.


5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Grand Prize Apple iPad (1): Apple® 16GB iPad with Retina display - White (ARV: USD$499.99). Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable and all other costs and expenses associate with prize not specified here as being awarded. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value.


6. General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bounce by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. The Grand Prize winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility^*, Release of Liability and where legal, a Publicity Release or a Declaration of Compliance with these Official Rules, within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of prize notification will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. If a winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer unaided, a time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition of receiving the prize. Any fee, duties, or tariffs required to accept delivery of the prize is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness (where legal) for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winner's list, unless prohibited by law. In the vent there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statement contained in any Sweepstake materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor and its agencies and Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associate with or utilized in the Application in the Sweepstake or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstake or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Application or Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the account associate with the entry. Proof of entering information via the Application does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sponsor and/or its administrator are not responsible for the failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor/Administrator on account of technical problem or congestion on the internet or at any website. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Application; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or Application may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or Application, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes and select the applicable winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof, if applicable or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes or related activity. 7. Winners List: The names of the winners will be posted for thirty days at http://www.facebook.com/NitroRCX and the NitroRCX.com website within a reasonable amount of time of the close of the Sweepstakes.


8. Privacy & Personal Information: Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstake and if entrant authorizes by opting in, to provide entrant with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsors and affiliates of Sponsor. Sponsor shall not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes or as otherwise consented to by the entrant. You understand that you are providing your information to NitroRCX.com and not to Facebook Youtube, or any other online social platform. The information you provide will only be used in the event you are selected as a Sweepstakes winner or if you have indicated that you would like to receive additional information from NitroRCX.com.

^* An Affidavit of Eligibility is a form which you fill out with your name, address and other identifying information like your social security number, and date of birth. You sign the form in front of a notary public. The notary puts their seal on the bottom, and signs stating that you showed proper identification (picture ID, driver's license, etc). Notarizing your signature states that you are confirming you meet the eligibility requirements of the contest.
